If you’re going to advertise a birthday card and an expecting shipping date, then doesn’t it make sense to abide by that date? I ordered this 3 weeks ago for someone’s birthday on the 18th. It is now the 27th, which is even longer than the expected delivery date. Not to mention all it came in was a flimsy paper envelope. Disappointed to say the least.

Was due to arrive by 15 Feb . Its now 25 Feb and still not arrived. Poor customer service. Messages sent get a response of "your message received outside of normal working hours"
